Sign in with your Ena account to see and download what we hold about you
on our servers. You can also open an exported Ena backup here to include
the data stored locally on your device. The backup is decrypted entirely
in this browser and is never sent to our servers.
Your Trust reports
The session reports you sent to the Ena team from the app's
Trust Center. They're included in your data export below, and all
reports are deleted automatically after 6 months, or immediately
with this button.
Step 1: Sign in
Use the same Ena account you sign in with in the app, including its original Apple or Google sign-in method. Switching between Apple and Google does not automatically link accounts; a shared email address or App Store account is not enough to access another Ena account’s data.
Step 2: Add your device backup (optional)
Choose an exported Ena backup (.ena) to include the
data stored locally on your device. The file is read and decrypted
entirely in this browser and is never uploaded.
Your backup is encrypted and opens automatically
when you are signed in with the Ena account it was created with. If
you added a backup password when exporting the file, that password is
an additional way to open it without account access.
A backup password is optional and belongs to the exported
file. Ena never receives it and cannot reset it.
Step 3: Internal product analytics
If you opened this page from Ena's
Data & Privacy settings, your pseudonymous PostHog events will be
included as a separate file in the ZIP below. These events are used
only for Ena's internal product analysis, never for advertising or
tracking across other apps or websites. Ena does not permanently link
the Analytics ID to your account. Deleting existing internal product
analytics data does not change your consent; turn Internal Product Analytics off
in the app to stop future events.
Delete account-linked Ena server data: deleting
internal product analytics data only affects PostHog. To permanently delete your account
and all account-linked data on Ena's servers, open the Ena app and use
Settings → Account → Delete Account.
This permanently removes the account’s credit records and backup key;
Ena keeps no credit-recovery balance. Save a usable backup first.
Signing out or uninstalling does not delete the account.
Cancel any store subscription separately; account deletion does not stop billing.
See Data & Privacy and Terms for details.
Step 4: Download your data
Your download combines the information Ena holds on its servers
with the device backup you added, if any. Everything is prepared as a
readable ZIP inside this browser. Journal photos and recordings are
included when available. Nothing sensitive is uploaded.
A note before you download
Your export may include AI-generated working notes, such as session
summaries and conversational context. These notes can be incomplete,
inaccurate, or miss important context. They are not a
diagnosis, a clinical or psychological assessment, or a judgement
about who you are. Do not use them to draw conclusions about
your health. If anything concerns you, speak with a qualified
professional.
